1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Service not delivered as committed or unable to be completed

Important: Claims must be submitted within 3 to 7 days of purchase or service delivery, depending on the category below.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Chip-level repairs (if device has pre-existing board-level faults)
  • Data recovery charges (even if data is partially recoverable)
  • Digital/Software services (website development, installation, OS setup, etc.) once delivered or licensed
